Positions

Chair: Responsible for preparing and distributing the agenda and for facilitating the monthly meetings. Two year term to be held on an alternating basis by Director of Multicultural Resource Center and Director of Affirmative Action.
Vice Chair: Responsible for overseeing the committee's budget. Two year term to be held on an alternating basis by Director of Multicultural Resource Center and Director of Affirmative Action.
Recording Secretary: Responsible for taking meeting minutes and distributing them to all committee members.
Council Members: Divisional representatives will serve annual appointments
