Process

Both Directors set out on a time consuming but necessary endeavor to gather feedback and suggestions from former BIUC members, Faculty Senate, Professional Employees Council, concerned faculty and staff-of-color, BU Safe Zone members, as well as stake holders from the five university divisions. All shared the mission to establish a proactive council that will support the opportunity for access and participation to all University members; and in pursuit of this mission to evaluate its programs, structures, and processes and alter them when change will enhance its quality and effectiveness.
